Terms of Service

Effective May 2026. These terms apply to the closed-beta release.

1. Who we are

Dialcore ("we", "us") provides a programmable voice-AI platform that lets you operate AI-powered phone agents over your own GSM infrastructure. We are based in India. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Beta status

The service is currently in closed beta. Features change frequently, occasional outages happen, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice. Do not use the platform for life-critical, regulated, or mission-critical workflows during the beta period.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use Dialcore to:

4. Your content and call recordings

You retain ownership of the content you create (agent prompts, contact lists, etc.) and the recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries generated by your agents. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content so we can deliver the service.

Each call begins with a short disclosure to the other party that the call is being recorded and assisted by an AI. You are responsible for any additional consent your jurisdiction requires.

5. Telecom termination

Voice traffic terminates over GSM gateways that you operate and own. We do not provide a PSTN termination service and are not a telecom licensee under the Indian Telegraph Act. You are responsible for compliance with any licensing, KYC, or numbering requirements applicable to your gateway hardware and SIM cards.

6. Quotas, fees, and billing

Beta accounts have monthly usage allowances visible inside the dashboard. We may rate-limit, throttle, or block calls if you exceed your allowance. Paid plans, if offered to you during the beta, are billed through Stripe; you authorise us to charge your payment method for usage and applicable Indian GST.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data — and the data of people your agents talk to — is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. AI output can be wrong, hallucinated, or culturally inappropriate. Always review automated calls and messages for critical workflows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service during the beta is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000 — whichever is higher.

10. Termination

Either of us may terminate the relationship at any time. If we terminate without cause we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data. If we terminate for material breach (abuse, spamming, fraud) we may suspend access immediately.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
